Custom Home Design

Caswell Custom Home Design is a registered residential design and drafting service, providing creative home design development and permit drawings for production homes, custom homes, additions and renovations. We provide our service to individual homeowners as well as to home builders. Caswell is  dedicated to making each project a success, knowing that every project done well leads to our continued success through referrals.

Our design process begins by effectively communicating with our client to obtain a clear understanding of the customers' needs.  Upon receiving as much information during our inital meetings a simple "Sketch" design is completed and reviewed by the client.  Once the "sketch" is approved a more elaborate set of drawings, including details & sections of the proposed construction will be completed.
